Sense Raises $50 Million to Simplify and Personalize Hiring at Scale

Record Year of Growth and Achievements for Sense

This latest fundraise of $50 million from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 comes on the heels of record growth and significant achievements for Sense. Over the past year we have doubled revenue, increased our deal size by 70% and added industry leaders to our customer base of more than 600 organizations including Kelly Services, Adecco, Kindred Healthcare, Sears, and Dell. 


And Sense customers are happy. Our net retention rate surpassed 130% and our NPS is 60, double our industry’s average and comparable to market giants Adobe and Salesforce. Customers rated us 5 stars on G2, and we’ve again earned the review site’s prestigious High Performer status based on reported high levels of customer satisfaction and likelihood of recommending us to others. 


Over the past year, we’ve doubled our employee headcount (and we’re still hiring!) and have plans to continue to expand internationally, including the opening of a Sense office in Bengaluru, India in Q1 2022.

This fundraise will also further ignite how we help organizations win this latest war for talent, differentiate their hiring experience, and deliver significant results to the business.   • Preference-based Job Matching:  Powered by advanced AI and machine learning, Sense is launching the first of its kind matching technology that dynamically matches candidates to the right jobs based on their preferences, skills and experience. 
  • DEI: Sense remains committed to building more technology tools to help recruiting teams fairly and equitably build diverse candidate pipelines and workforces to support broader business initiatives and goals around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
