Sense Named a Top Talent Engagement Platform in G2’s Winter Reports

G2, the world's largest business software marketplace, has once again recognized Sense as a leader in AI-powered talent engagement and recruiting automation. After receiving numerous accolades in their Fall 2022 and Summer 2022 reports, Sense had its best showing yet in G2's Winter reports. 

Sense took the top overall spot in 18 reports (up from 10 in the fall) in the Staffing, Interview Scheduling, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Automation, and Employee Referral categories. Sense also saw its rankings increase in 82 different reports in various Candidate Relationship Management, Chatbot, Employee Referral, Interview Scheduling, Recruiting Automation, Recruitment Marketing, and Staffing categories. In total, Sense was featured in 129 reports and debuted in 40 new reports this winter.

Multi-category “Leader” — Proven success in recruitment software

G2 plots software vendors in their specific categories across four-quadrant grids. The horizontal x-axis is based on customer satisfaction ratings from the vendor's G2 reviews. The vertical y-axis is based on the vendor's market presence using data G2 pulls from various online sources. Sense has outstanding customer reviews on G2, as well as a strong brand, resulting in us being placed in the upper right "Leaders" quadrants in multiple grids in the Enterprise Staffing, Chatbot, Interview Scheduling, Recruiting Automation, and other competitive categories. 

Sense was also awarded a total of 50 different badges for our product functionality and customer service, including "Easiest Doing Business With," "Best Support," "Most Likely to Recommend," and "Best Usability" (among others).
