Sense is the Leader in Talent Engagement in G2’s Fall 2022 Reports

The recognitions keep coming for Sense! After a great showing in G2’s Summer 2022 Recruiting Software reports, we received even more accolades in their Fall 2022 reports. 

Sense earned the #1 spot in 10 reports in Staffing, Interview Scheduling, and Recruitment Marketing categories. Our rankings also improved in 32 reports across multiple Chatbot and Recruiting Automation categories. Overall, Sense was featured in a total of 89 reports, including five new ones we weren’t in this past summer. 

If you’re unfamiliar with G2, they’re the world’s largest and most trusted business software marketplace. Businesses can find software vendors that best fit their needs based on customer reviews and G2’s comprehensive reports. 

We’re absolutely thrilled with these recognitions from G2 and must thank our customers for making it all possible. As of September 2022, Sense has 345 customer reviews on G2 and an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars. Even more, our reviews show that:

  • 94% of our customers are likely to recommend us
  • 96% of our customers love the quality of our support
  • 99% of our customers love how easy it is to do business with us

Here are a few highlights from G2’s Fall 2022 reports. 

Sense is the “Leader” in Enterprise Staffing Software

Sense was not only featured in G2’s “Enterprise Staffing Software for the Americas Region” category for the first time — we took the top spot in the category and were the only vendor to land in the “Leaders” quadrant of their grid. 

G2 grids plot software vendors in specific categories across four distinct quadrants. The horizontal x-axis is based on customer satisfaction ratings from the vendor’s G2 reviews. The vertical y-axis is based on the vendor’s market presence using data G2 aggregates from online sources and social media. Sense earned a 95 (out of 100) for customer satisfaction and 91 for market presence, resulting in us landing in the upper right “Leaders” quadrant. 

Additionally, Sense was #1 in G2’s “Staffing Software Momentum Grid” and #1 in the Staffing Software categories for “Best Relationships,” “Easiest to do Business With,” and “Best Support.” We’re always striving to help staffing firms make more placements, increase recruiter efficiency, and generate more revenue and we’re delighted that we’re helping our staffing customers succeed in those areas. 

Sense continues to be #1 in Recruiting Automation 

This past summer, Sense was featured for the first time in 11 Chatbot-specific G2 categories, including “Usability,” “Customer Relationships,” and “Implementation.” Our rankings increased in nearly all those categories this fall, as well as in multiple Recruitment Marketing and Recruiting Automation categories. A few noteworthy rankings worth mentioning from the recent round of reports are:

  • #1 in the “Best Usability for Interview Scheduling Software” category
  • #1 in the “Best Results for Interview Scheduling Software” category
  • #1 in the “Best Usability for Recruitment Marketing Software” category
  • #1 in the “Best Relationships and Easiest to do Business With for Recruitment Marketing Software” category
