Happy New Year! Making “Sense” of 2022

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy and healthy New Year, and to thank our customers and team for an incredible 2022. While all of us at Sense are full-steam ahead looking forward to a successful 2023, I’d like to take a moment to look back on what was a monumental year for our company and some of its most-important highlights.

Growing Customer Base

Talent engagement and communication have quickly become a top priority for forward-thinking companies across the globe and as a result, many top brands have chosen to partner with Sense.

Our customer base has increased to over 800 leading brands, including Allegis, Adecco, Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Dell, Hormel, Humana, PrideStaff, Sears, Sony, and Staffmark.

Most importantly, with the integration of the Sense product suite, customers achieved record-breaking results, including:

  • 2M job seekers hired globally through Sense Talent Engagement Platform
  • 5x increase in conversations with our Conversational AI Chatbot
  • 4x increase in number of interviews scheduled through Sense Automation

New and Enhanced Products

Sense’s Nupura Ughade recently did a full recap of our major product launches and refinements in 2022, but I’d like to share a brief recap of some of the most powerful launches. Individually and especially cumulatively, these solutions (and all our solutions as part of the Sense talent engagement platform) help TA teams maximize ROI and build stronger talent relationships across the talent engagement flywheel.  

Sense Talent Relationship Management

Sense Talent Relationship Management (TRM) makes it easier for recruiters to take control of the hiring process while improving core metrics, by providing a central hub where they can see candidate information, candidate activity, and add candidates to campaigns.

WhatsApp for Sense Messaging

Now, Sense customers can have conversations on WhatsApp, the preferred messaging platform worldwide, while taking advantage of shared inboxes, text templates, the Chrome extension, mobile app communication, and all other Sense Messaging functionality.

Smart FAQs

Smart FAQs with Sense Chatbot use conversational AI to naturally answer candidate questions, helping organizations attract more applicants, reduce time to hire, and boost candidate sentiment.

Awards & Recognition

It’s always humbling to hear that Sense has been named to “best of” lists and has received awards. These achievements are a testament to the dedication, ingenuity, and commitment of our incredible team across the globe.  

This year, Sense made its debut on the Inc. 5000 list and was also named to the Deloitte Fast 500. We were named a Top Workplace, and we received top honors for Best Innovative/Emerging Tech Solution for Talent Acquisition at the 2022 Lighthouse Research & Advisory HR Tech Awards.

Sense also continues to be recognized as a leading talent engagement solution by G2, ranking No. 1 across 32 categories, including chatbot, recruitment marketing, recruiting automation, and staffing.

Expanding Team

We’ve all seen the headlines as of late, but I’m proud to report that Sense grew overall employee count by 60% with more than 350 employees globally. We are currently hiring for more roles across the globe, and have plans to grow the team even further in 2023 as we prepare for additional product launches and enhancements to better deliver results for our customers.

Our First Acquisition

We are still celebrating our first acquisition. This year, we added Skillate, an AI recruitment platform incubated within SAP Startup Studio, to the Sense team. The addition of Skillate’s technology enhances Sense’s ability to provide AI-powered hiring solutions integrated across its products including candidate matching, job distribution, job description assistant, and talent relationship management. We are thrilled to bring in Skillate technology and their impressive team to help us deliver even more, better results for our customers.

Looking ahead

Here at Sense, we are committed to developing technology that will have a positive, transformational impact on talent acquisition teams and the relationships between organizations and talent.
